Landing & charity directory
- A charity-neutral landing that presents DCC and the DCC Cloud product suite
- A directory of participating charities, browsable without an account
- Filter by what you want to do — donate or volunteer
- Selecting a charity redirects to that charity's own site, in its own branding
- No cross-charity campaign listing and no central checkout — a directory, not a marketplace
Identity & login
- Sign in with Singpass / MyInfo, a one-time email link, or a password plus emailed code
- Self-service registration — no staff action needed
- Singpass / MyInfo pre-fills the registration details
- Recovery by verified email; repeated failures lock the account temporarily
My Activities
- Donation history across every charity, filterable by date, charity and amount
- Volunteer totals — hours, recognition, upcoming and past activities
- Uploaded certifications kept in one place
- Scoped to the person signed in — never another stakeholder's, never a charity's records

- Update name, email and phone
- Review or withdraw consent, and PDPA preferences
